Tour de Piemonte Gourmet – Cycling Holiday Piedmont

Style:Group Difficulty: High Length:8 days

Located in the North East of Italy on the border of France & Switzerland, Piemonte has an incredible combination of French & Italian cuisine, and is regarded as the home of ‘slow food’.   Taste your way around this region, all washed down with the world class wines, on this 8 day cycling holiday Piedmont.

This is a moderate to challenging cycling tour that gives you an authentic Northern Italian food & wine experience. Combined with the relaxing multi night stay itinerary structure, saving you from packing each day, and optional loop rides, the ‘Tour de Piemonte Gourmet’ is a food & wine lovers dream suitable for all cycling levels.

An ideal destination for cyclists, Piedmont is a unique and beautiful region of Italy.  The word ‘Piemonte’ translates to ‘foot of the mountain’, and that it certainly is, surrounded by the stunning Italian Alps and holding Italy’s highest mountain. The Alps are constantly on the horizon, providing a stunnging backdrop to verdant valleys of vineyards, olive farms and medieval castles.  A cycling holiday in Piedmont is rightly one of our favourite and our customers’ most popular cycling tours.
