Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if it pours with rain?

A: This tour is fully supported with a vehicle never far away.  If torrential rain, or other dangerous weather does occur, we use the support vehicle to escape and make alternate plans.  We would ordinarily transport you to lunch, or a wine tasting or similar so your tour can continue as required.   Your trained guide is on hand to make these decisions, ensure your safety and enjoyment.

Our general weather policy is for multi day tours: If it is impossible or dangerous to ride (eg: fire, flood) we can either cancel your tour and provide a refund (if prior to arriving, TDV to make this call) or our support services will ensure you are safe and still get to enjoy all the inclusions of the tour without any risk if you have already arrived and the weather turns.

Q: I was planning to catch a flight to Albury airport at conclusion of the tour. Would you please confirm the time that the bus would pick up from Bright and if they would drop off at airport?

A: Your pick up from Bright timing is totally flexible.  Check out is 10am (standard) but we can collect you anytime to ensure you reach any flights you have booked.  You will need to allow 1 1/2 hrs driving.  This is an additional 30 minutes from the included drop off which is at Rutherglen. Transfers are included in your tour package.

Q: Can you advise what accommodations you use?

Accommodation may vary depending on specific dates and group numbers, but as a guide we use:
Rutherglen - Basq Stays or similar
Beechworth - Provenance B&B
Milawa - Lindenwarrah Resort (this is fixed so we always use this gorgeous property in Milawa)
Myrtleford - Panoramia Villas
Bright - Villa Gusto or similar
